there have been countless victims of enforced disappearance
and it has escalated in recent years
men and women whose only crime
is not accepting the way things are,
that something has to change
and taking part in the process of change
it has been state policy
to deny these people of their human rights
their families and other groups
have done everything they can to find them
and bring the perpetrators to justice
but with no cooperation from the government
their efforts have not yet yielded positive results
